I. Personal Information We Collect and Use

We strictly follow the principle of minimum necessity, only collecting information necessary for social networking, location sharing, intent activities, and shared rental housing related business of this APP. We adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, and will not collect personal information unrelated to business functions; for sensitive personal information, we will only collect and use it after obtaining your separate explicit authorization. Refusing authorization will only make the corresponding function unavailable and will not affect the use of basic business.

1.1 Account Registration and Login Information

To complete account registration and login, and to implement core businesses such as card matching, chat, and housing posting and browsing, we collect the following information:

1) Mobile phone number: Collected when you use verification code login, used for account identity verification and account recovery;

2) Third-party account information: WeChat, QQ, iOS authorized login, obtaining nicknames and avatars opened by third parties, without obtaining third-party account passwords;

3) Personal information you actively fill in and improve: nickname, avatar, age, hobby tags, personal introduction.

In certain business scenarios, upon your active operation, this APP will collect your ID number (which is sensitive personal information). When applying to collect such sensitive ID information, we will simultaneously inform you of the collection purpose: to verify the identity authenticity of housing and activity publishers; this information is submitted only at your initiative and is not collected during ordinary registration. Not providing this information does not affect ordinary browsing or chat functions—it only means you cannot perform housing publishing or activity publishing related operations. Collecting this sensitive information will be done with your separate consent.

If you do not provide the above information, you cannot register an account and cannot use matching, chat, and housing posting functions.

1.2 Location Information (Sensitive Personal Information)

Location information is sensitive personal information. Before obtaining this information, we will inform you of the necessity of processing this information and its impact on personal rights and interests, requiring your separate authorization and consent.

Location permission is foreground-only. This APP adopts a "manual check-in" mechanism: your location is not displayed, uploaded, or obtained in the background by default. Only when you actively click "check-in" in functions such as "Nearby People" and read the authorization notice does the APP obtain your location once in the foreground, for displaying nearby people, matching radius filtering, posting intent cards, housing map positioning, and housing navigation. Each check-in obtains location only once and does not perform continuous tracking.

If you refuse to grant location permission, it will not affect the APP's basic browsing and chat functions; only nearby matching, location sharing, intent card location filtering, map house finding, and navigation functions cannot be used normally. This APP does not apply for background location permission and will not continuously obtain or report your location in the background; when location sharing is not enabled, location is only obtained when you operate on the foreground page. You can click "Stop Displaying" at any time to stop sharing your location with nearby people, or refuse authorization; after refusal or stopping, only the corresponding location functions become unavailable, while other functions are unaffected.

The integrated Baidu Map SDK will process longitude and latitude, WiFi gateway, base station and other auxiliary positioning information to improve positioning accuracy according to its own privacy policy when executing positioning. 1.3 Album / Camera Permissions

Only when you actively perform operations such as uploading avatars, sending pictures in chat, and uploading housing photos will we apply for album and camera permissions. If authorization is refused, picture upload operations cannot be completed, but other functions such as text chat and information browsing will not be affected.

1.4 User Business Generated Content

Includes swipe matching operation records, location sharing data, posted intent card content, chat text, emojis, pictures, posted housing information, browsing records, report and block records, and membership purchase records.

The above information is used to implement matching algorithm recommendations, location sharing display, instant messaging display, housing information display, and violation risk control processing.

1.5 Device and Log Information

To ensure stable APP operation, receive message notifications, troubleshoot crash failures, and conduct security risk control, we collect anonymous device information, including device model, operating system version, APP version, and crash logs. This information is anonymized and cannot directly identify specific natural persons.

This APP will not actively collect permissions unrelated to business such as address book, SMS, microphone, and calendar. This APP itself will not actively collect device unique identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI, and MAC address; the integrated third-party SDKs, to implement their functions, will process necessary device information in accordance with their respective privacy policies (e.g., the Baidu Map SDK obtains some device information as needed for positioning anomaly troubleshooting and service statistics during the positioning process; payment, login, and statistics SDKs process necessary device identifiers and network information in accordance with their privacy policies), please refer to the "Third-Party SDK Instructions" section of this policy for details; among them, the payment SDK (Alipay APP Payment Client SDK) will collect device identifiers such as Android ID during the payment process for transaction risk control and fund security, and its specific collected fields and purposes are explicitly listed under that SDK's entry. We only generate anonymous device identifiers that cannot identify natural persons for message push.

1.6 Real-Name Authentication Information (Sensitive Personal Information)

ID number is sensitive personal information. To fulfill the real-name system obligations required by laws and regulations, implement real-name authentication and identity verification, safeguard account security and transaction security, and prevent illegal and irregular activities such as fraud and impersonation registration, when you use functions that require real-name authentication, this APP will collect your ID number and other real-name authentication information after obtaining your separate explicit authorization.

Before collecting and processing your ID number, we will separately inform you of the purpose, method, scope, retention period of collecting and processing the ID number, and its impact on your personal rights and interests, and obtain your separate consent; without your separate explicit authorization, we will not collect or process your ID number. The collected ID number is only used to complete real-name authentication and identity verification and fulfill statutory real-name obligations, and will not be used for other purposes unrelated to the above purposes.

If you refuse to provide your ID number, only the corresponding real-name authentication related functions will be unavailable, and it will not affect your use of other basic functions. We will adopt encryption and other security measures to protect your ID number and other real-name authentication information, and retain or delete them in accordance with the time limits prescribed by laws and regulations after completing the corresponding processing purposes.

II. System Permission Instructions

All system permissions of this APP adopt a dynamic application mechanism, only applying for permissions when you use the corresponding functional scenarios, and will not apply for all permissions at once when the APP starts. Refusing permissions will not deprive you of basic service usage capabilities, only the corresponding functions will be disabled.

Location Information Permission:

1. Foreground location permission: Used for matching radius filtering, intent card posting, housing map positioning and navigation; refusing this permission means you cannot use nearby matching and map house finding navigation, but other functions can be used normally.

2. This APP only uses foreground location permission and does not apply for background location permission; it will not continuously obtain or report your location in the background. You may click "Stop Displaying" at any time to stop sharing your location; refusing or stopping only disables the corresponding location functions, while other functions remain unaffected.

Camera and Album Permissions: Used for uploading avatars, chat picture transfer, and uploading housing photos; refusing this permission means you cannot upload pictures, but text chat and information browsing are not affected.

2.1 Self-Start and Associated Start Instructions

To ensure that chat messages and badge notifications can be delivered normally, this APP has self-start and background survival behaviors. When the APP is completely exited, message notifications cannot be received; this capability is only used for message push business and will not be used to secretly start collecting locations.

This APP will not actively wake up other third-party applications through broadcasts.

The Baidu Map SDK integrated in this APP only performs foreground positioning when you actively enter map, positioning, or housing navigation pages, or use location functions; it does not perform continuous background positioning. After you exit the page or stop displaying your location, positioning stops immediately and related resources are released; when location functions are not in use, the SDK is not initialized or loaded in the background.

WeChat and QQ login SDKs are only triggered when you click the third-party login button, only completing authorization callbacks, and will not automatically launch third-party applications in the background.

III. Third-Party SDK Instructions (SDKs Actually Integrated in This APP)

The following is a complete list of third-party SDKs integrated in this APP, including SDK name, service provider, collected information, purpose of use, and privacy policy links; third-party SDKs are only started and loaded when you use the corresponding functions, and will not load SDKs or collect your personal information in advance if the function is not used.

1. Baidu Map SDK, provided by Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd.; to implement positioning, location sharing, matching radius filtering, housing map display, and navigation functions, the SDK will process location, WiFi, base station, and device basic information for positioning calculation and problem troubleshooting in foreground positioning and background positioning scenarios where users actively enable location sharing; when users close location sharing, background positioning stops. 2. WeChat OpenSDK Android, provided by Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.; used to implement WeChat authorized login. After you actively choose to use WeChat login and authorize it, the SDK will provide this APP with the WeChat avatar, nickname, and other authorized information you actively selected, and verify the installation status of the WeChat APP on your device to confirm SDK capability availability. 3. QQ Connect SDK (Android version), provided by Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.; used to implement QQ authorized login. After you actively choose to use QQ login and authorize it, the SDK will provide this APP with your QQ avatar, nickname, and other authorized information; to ensure SDK background reporting and problem monitoring, the SDK will collect device model and other information. 4. Alipay APP Payment Client SDK, provided by Alipay (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd.; used to complete payment when you purchase value-added services such as VIP membership. During the payment process, the SDK will collect and use device identifiers such as Android ID (including device model, operating system version, and network status information) for transaction risk identification, fraud prevention, safeguarding payment and fund security, and fulfilling legal obligations such as anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, and anti-telecom network fraud; it also processes payment information such as payment order identifiers and payment results to complete the payment transaction. This APP does not actively collect such information; it is collected locally by the SDK in the payment scenario. The SDK is not initialized and such information is not obtained before you enter the payment page. 5. Beacon SDK Android, provided by Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.; used for data reporting, quality monitoring, and user behavior statistics analysis, helping this APP troubleshoot operational failures and optimize product experience. To achieve the above purposes, the SDK will process device information (such as device model, operating system, device identifiers), carrier information, network information, IP address, service logs, and other information through de-identification and encryption. Important Note: Third-party SDKs are only started when you use the corresponding functions, and will not load SDKs if the function is not used. We will not additionally disclose your personal information to third parties.

Message push relies on the APP's background survival and self-start capabilities; the APP settings provide a master switch for message push, which you can turn off at any time. After closing, you will no longer receive APP push notifications.

IV. Information Storage and Security

User business data storage servers are deployed within China and will not transmit or store any personal data overseas.

Account-related business data is saved until account cancellation is completed; operation logs and crash anonymous logs are automatically deleted after 12 months.

Location data generated by location sharing is only saved during the validity period of the location sharing session and is cleaned up after the session ends.

After users uninstall the APP, the local cache on the phone will be cleared; server-side account data needs to be deleted only after users actively apply for account cancellation.

We use technical means such as JWT token identity authentication to protect account access security and prevent information leakage and tampering risks.

If a personal information security incident occurs, we will report to regulatory authorities in a timely manner according to laws and regulations and inform affected users.

V. Information Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

We will not sell or rent any of your personal information. We will only provide information externally in the following circumstances:

① Obtaining your explicit active authorization and consent;

② Judicial organs and administrative organs issue formal legal documents in accordance with the law, and we cooperate in accordance with the law;

③ Third-party SDK calls necessary for services, executed according to the SDK instructions in this policy.

We will not share your personal information with other unrelated third parties without your authorization.

After you enable location sharing, your real-time location will be viewed by other participating users in the session; your posted personal information, intent cards, and housing information will be browsed by other users in the APP, which is content you actively disclose. Please fill in sensitive personal information carefully.

In the event of company mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, etc., if personal information transfer is involved, we will inform you in advance, and the new operator must still comply with this Privacy Policy; if processing rules change, we need to obtain your consent again.

VI. VIP Membership and Value-Added Services

When you purchase VIP membership value-added services, order records will be retained for membership rights verification; payment transactions are processed by third-party payment service providers, and we do not store your payment bank card information.

VII. Your Personal Information Rights (According to the Personal Information Protection Law)

1. Access and Review: You can view your personal information, matching records, posted intent cards, and housing information in the Personal Center.

2. Modification and Correction: You can modify your nickname, avatar, tags, and housing information in the Personal Center.

3. Deletion and Account Cancellation: The APP provides a prominently accessible account cancellation entry without unreasonable cancellation obstacles; after account cancellation, your personal business data on the server side will be cleared in accordance with regulations. Data cannot be recovered after account cancellation is completed. The account cancellation processing time limit does not exceed 15 working days; after cancellation, all data except records required by laws and regulations will be deleted.

4. Withdrawal of Authorization:

You can turn off the [Location Sharing] switch in the APP to stop continuous background positioning; you can also turn off location permissions and notification permissions in the phone system settings. After closing, the corresponding functions will not be available, but basic services will not be affected. Withdrawing authorization does not affect personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

5. Report and Block: You can block and report other violating users.

6. If you cannot complete related applications through APP operations, you can submit an application through the official contact email, and we will process and reply within 15 working days. When submitting an application, we will verify your identity to prevent others from illegally operating your account information.

VIII. Minor Protection

This APP is for social networking use by urban youth aged 18 and above. Minors under 18 years old should not register and use; we will not deliberately collect minors' personal information. If we find that minors' information has been collected, we will actively delete the corresponding data.

IX. Privacy Policy Updates

When products iterate and laws and regulations change, we will revise this Privacy Policy. We distinguish between ordinary changes and significant changes; significant changes include: changes in the purpose/type of personal information collection and use, changes in sharing objects, changes in the way users exercise rights, etc.

After the update is completed, a pop-up will prompt the new version of the Privacy Policy when the APP starts, and significant changes will use a more prominent pop-up prompt. Your continued use is deemed as agreement to the updated version; if you do not accept the new version, please uninstall the APP and terminate use.
